Radon Testing (MDH Lic# RMEA-00077)
As of 1/1/2019, the state of Minnesota has adopted new rules regarding radon testing. These rules require simultaneous testing of the lowest livable level of EACH individual foundation type. For example, if the home has a basement, a crawl-space and a slab-on-grade, it will require 3 simultaneous test locations. Phone quotes are strictly estimates. Final pricing will be determined at testing site upon visual verification of required testing locations. The following pricing reflects these new requirements.
